public interface DecoratorBarriers

Barriers are used to define the order of execution of Decorators. Decorators must be annotated with the following :

• @DependsUpon(BARRIER) in order to be executed after BARRIER
• @DependedUpon(BARRIER) in order to be executed before BARRIER
